Wellness stay Yoga Rando “Vanoise Sauvage”

Stay in total immersion in the heart of the mountain combining hikes and yoga practices.

On a wild route with grandiose panoramas, in the heart of the Vanoise National Park, you will take the time to connect with wild and generous nature, to discover breathing practices (pranayama), guided meditation, and yoga. You will also discover the secrets of Ayurveda, from the Indian tradition. Sunsets, mountain wildlife, flora, at the foot of the glaciers, come and recharge your batteries… A deep immersion in 100% nature supervised by two passionate professionals!

PROGRAM :
Day 1 (arrival at 5 p.m.):
Meet at the Office of Guides and Accompanying Persons in Pralognan, meet your Mountain Guide and your yoga teacher, check your bags and leave by personal car or carpool to reach the start of the hike (5 min). Opening circle and guided meditation of the 5 senses to immerse yourself in this adventure. Short walk and yoga practices in the evening. Sauna, Hammam, or Jacuzzi possible. Night at the Roc de la Pèche refuge – 1911 m above sea level. Walking time: 1 h 30 – elevation gain: + 200 m
Day 2:
Pranayama on waking: oxygenate and awaken your energy. Hike between mountain pastures, to meet herds of dairy cows, and peaks with surprising geological formations. Ascent to the Col de Chavière at 2800 m to reach the Maurienne valley. Ibex and mountain lakes at Rendezvous. Yoga Toumo in the grandiose environment of Lac de la Partie. Gentle restorative yoga at the end of the day and guided meditation. Meals and Night at the L’Orgère refuge at an altitude of 1935 m. Walking time: 4 to 6 hours of walking – elevation gain: + 900 m / – 865 m
Day 3:
Pranayama and guided meditation upon waking. By the Col du Barbier, a pretty path in the country of sheep, remarkable flora and magnificent lake of Plan d’Amont. Varied landscapes to reach the essential refuge of the Dent Parrachée where Franck’s welcome will remain an unforgettable moment. Sauna possible, Meals and night on site at 2520 m. Walking time: 4 to 6 hours – elevation gain: + 700 m
Day 4:
Wake-up yoga practices and inner sunshine. Ascent to the Aussois pass at 2900 m for a magnificent panorama of Mont Blanc and the Vanoise glaciers. To challenge yourself, dare a 3000m at the top of the Pointe de l’Observatoire, an unusual experience to connect with our own essence and deep nature, so close to the elements. Up there, ibexes and chamois rub shoulders with the summits. Descend to the Pralognan valley to find meadows and rare flora. Circle of sharing to close our adventure. Return to the vehicles around 5 p.m. walking time: 4 to 6 hours – height difference + 600 m / – 1000 m
