From 2/3 years old:
- Alpine skiing, snowboarding, Nordic skiing … Pralognan instructors guide young skiers as they discover a variety of skiing techniques, from beginners to advanced skiers. From age 3, in group or private lessons.
- Pony sledding & ski joering : sledding ride pulled by a pony (from 2 years old), or on skis, pulled by a horse (from 3 years old for the first ride and 8 years old for the complete initiation).
- Horse and pony rides : rides, lessons and courses for all ages and levels, from 3 years old (under the supervision of a parent).
For 5-8 year olds:
- Paragliding baptism : With skis on their feet, little adventurers soar over the mountains of Pralognan-la-Vanoise, before landing gently. Tandem flight with Xavier, for ages 5 and up.
- Avalanche Escape Game : The team of budding rescuers learns to detect and rescue avalanche victims… A fun and educational outdoor game, suitable for ages 7 and up.
- Laser Biathlon : A fun and athletic session to improve your skills or learn rifle shooting safely. Group or private lessons are available for ages 8 and up.
To share with family:
- Dog sledding : Wrapped up in the sled, set off for a family outing through the Pralognan forest, pulled by Siberian and Alaskan Huskies. Magical!
- Inuit apprentice : a few steps from the village, the Inuit camp awaits you, to build an igloo with your family (6 years minimum).
- Hiking and snowshoeing : discovering the mountain environment, its fauna and flora (follow the tracks of the mountain hare, the fox and the ibex, etc.). Independent or supervised outings.

Alpine skiing in Pralognan
