GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

General provisions

The following general terms and conditions of sale are applicable to the contracts signed by the Tourist Office of Pralognan la Vanoise (the seller) and the client (the buyer).

The act of purchase and/ reservation worth acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.

Cancellation terms

Each reservation is firm and final, non-exchangeable, non-refundable. In case of the byer renouncement of any of the proposed services no refund will be granted.

In case of cancellation on behalf of the Tourist Office, the buyer will be offered a rescheduling if the service is available on another time and if there are free places left, or if need be, a refund of it.

Refund terms

The refund will be operated by credit card only, after showing the corresponding voucher (paper or digital).

Timetable modifications

The workshops and visits times and plannings may be submitted to modifications for outside the control of the Tourist Office reasons. Which, by no means, cannot be held accountable for the non-achievement of the service.

Payment terms

Our prices cannot be deconstructed.

The payment can be made by cash, credit card (except American Express), Chèques Vacances (ANCV) or cheque.

Specific case

The buyer is responsible for any damages arising of his fact. He is invited to subscribe a liability insurance contract.

It is incumbent on the buyer to make sure that all the contact details that are provided during the inscription, or at any other time, are accurate and complete. It is its responsibility to check that the contact details given during the reservation are correct so he can receive the booking confirmation. Assuming that he does not receive this confirmation, it is his responsibility to contact the seller.
