Ilyes leads a happy life in the suburbs of Roubaix. The only problem: the baccalaureate.

After failing twice, this is his last chance to pass and finally make his parents proud. But a fire breaks out during the mock exam, and he’s accused of starting it… Expelled from his high school, he has to leave his neighborhood and attend the only school that will accept him: the Catholic boarding school of Saint-Albert-le-Grand, in Burgundy. Caught between a culture clash and a quest for redemption, Ilyes will have to overcome his own prejudices… and those of others.
