Having fallen under the spell of Pralognan-la-Vanoise for several years, the four new owners, Aude, Justine, Gary, and Jonathan, are committed to developing, as a family, an intimate concept combined with services worthy of an international establishment, including a fitness room, a spa, and wellness packages: naturopathy consultations, sophrology and yoga sessions, detox cuisine, and more. At the end of the day, the hotel terrace transforms into a Guinguette where it’s a pleasure to enjoy a drink, savor sweet or savory Savoyard platters and tapas, while enjoying the view of the valley. Open 5 days a week from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. throughout the summer.

DINING SIDE: Starting at 7 p.m., the new bistronomic restaurant “La Cordée” offers a bistronomic formula, in partnership with Michelin-starred Chef Kunihisa Goto to offer his signature dishes. Chef Goto, known for his approach blending French gastronomy with Japanese influences, enhances seasonal products through elegant and meticulous presentation.
