Mess-free Yoga and pilates – Anna Lombard

Anna Lombard, a physiotherapist by profession, first trained in Yoga Vinyasa in Mysore in India and in France with Bernadette de Gasquet, then in Pilates.

Indeed, every day more passionate about body mechanisms and anatomy, she tries to refine her personal practice to best guide you during individual (on request) and group sessions.

YOGA:
Anna offers two types of practices, a gentle yoga class with mainly floor sequences to calm you down and a more dynamic class with more movement and rhythm. Through these courses, she guides you in the best way to adapt them to your level, by modifying the postures and correcting you in order to allow you to practice in complete safety. These practices aim by the approach of fluid sequences of asanas (postures), a harmonization of the body (posture correction, alignment, flexibility, muscle strengthening …) and of the mind (return to oneself, breathing work, meditation. ..).

PILATES:
Sessions on a mat, without equipment, aiming to become aware of your body, to strengthen your deep muscles, and to offer you postural work allowing you to gain strength, flexibility and joint mobility while respecting the basic principles of Joseph Pilates.
