Mess-free Yoga and pilates – Anna Lombard

“Grow, slim, stretch, refine, in the protection of the back and the perineum” these are the principles of the workshops offered by Anna Lombard, masseur-physiotherapist, teacher of Yoga and Pilates.

Tuesday and Friday classes will be held from June 05 to September 22 and Monday classes from July 03 to September 01.

– Pilates (1 hour):
Come strengthen and soften your body through a sequence of dynamic exercises and deep muscle work punctuated by specific breathing.

– Damage Free Yoga (1 hour):
Practice safe yoga with consideration for your body type and limitations. Session with a sequence of postures, breathing exercises and
breathing exercises and relaxation time.

– Muscle Awakening (1 hour):
A gentle awakening to become aware of each part of your body through a body scan and vibration techniques.

– Monday 6:30 pm ab/buttock: come and strengthen yourself in depth thanks to a one-hour session of abdominal/buttock exercises adapted to each person, with correction of alignments and advice on how to strengthen yourself without hurting yourself
– Monday 7:45pm recovery: after a day of hiking or simply to take some time for yourself, come and recharge your batteries with a session combining breathing, stretching and relaxation.
– wednesday 6:30 pm Pilates: a pilates session adapted to each person (several levels offered for each exercise), deep strengthening work to improve posture, limit back pain and make your body more flexible.
– Wednesday 7:45pm dynamic yoga: yoga session combining breath work, asanas (yoga postures), meditation, all in a dynamic flow but adapted to everyone, even beginners.
– Friday 10am soft gym: 45min session to move gently, with accessories to help with balance and strengthening work (fee: 8€)
Classes are held in the association hall but can be held outside if the weather permits.
