Pralognan-la-Vanoise: the village of La Croix

A great half-day outing to enjoy as a family and to explore the village of La Croix (a designated historic site).

Between forest and built heritage, discover the listed village of La Croix. This year-round hamlet is considered the most typical in the valley. Take a stroll through the narrow streets to discover the “Cabane de la Goûte”, the chapel and other village buildings. Take the opportunity to observe the heritage of Savoyard architecture, in particular the tavaillon roofs of the houses. A great itinerary for a half-day family outing!

1. At Le Plan, from Rue de l’Arbellaz, locate the forest track where the
