For the 3rd year running, the Pralo en Act’ association is bringing you its wellbeing programme for everyone and every taste, with a team of professionals keen to share their passion for taking care of yourself on a daily basis in connection, respect and harmony with nature.
On the programme: yoga, pilates, muscle strengthening, meditation, sound therapy with Tibetan bowls, kinesiology, ayurvedic medicine, naturopathy, forest therapy… In the form of workshops, courses, conferences or individual treatments.
